This year the boat has gone through some major changes. The flooring is all new. It has gone from carpet to a laminate flooring. The interior has been completely repainted. There are new counter tops getting ready to be installed. New plumbing throughout. All new exterior carpet and a new hard top above the 2nd deck. A/C completely overhauled. Engines and generator fully serviced, drives, serviced and so much more! Pictures will be coming once the overhaul is complete.

Here are the items that have been updated or upgraded and the remaining details will be complete by June 1st:

We have brand new air conditioning system.

Upper Deck Roofing: We have replaced the cavas upper deck cover with a hard top.

Front and Back Decks: We are scheduled to have the new carpet on the front and back deck by the end of the week.

Interior Carpet: The interior carpet has been replaced and has a brand new fresh look and feel.

Flooring: The flooring in the main salon, kitchen, the master BR, and the bathrooms has been replaced with Luxury Vinyl Planks.

Window Coverings: We have replaced all the window coverings with new ones.

Paint and Lighting Fixtures: All areas except the 2 upper bedrooms and the lower bedrooms have been painted to get rid of the old yellow maple look. It is now fresh and bright with a much nicer updated look.

Kitchen: We have replaced all of the kitchen appliance, pans, plates and glasses.

New Couch and Ottoman: We have replaced the couch in the salon. It is not in the pictures because it arrives from the manufacturer this week and will be on the houseboat by the end of next week.

Hatches: All of the hatches have new hinges and air compressed struts.

Upper Deck Speakers: We have replaced the speakers on the upper deck.

Inverter: We have brand new inverter batteries.
